Ga Ga Ro Ma Ma~

Bad Romance the song is not bad but the video just gives you a whole new concept of the song! Lady Gaga is just out of this world when it comes to her MTV seriously! The ideas are freakishly crazy but she is smart so the end results brings great amount of views to the video. I so praise her creativeness...gosh...haha
If you didn't get a single word I said just watch it!

Digi Music Live - All-American Rejects

Hey y'all it has been awhile since my last post. Have lots of things to say but somethings just got in the way. So how was everybody's Halloween celebration?? I think this was my best Halloween ever! Because I got to celebrate it with my favorite band! What more can I ask for??

Went to Digi's Music Live concert on Saturday and the performances were out of this world, AAR just made me fell more in love with them.....Tyson was so freaking awesome! Oh Yeah~~
Well as I said the performances were great but the wait and the way the event was managed was very poor. Digi just gave thousands of people a very bad first impression, it was their first live free concert and yet they clearly did not make an effort to make it a good event. Their reputation has just gone straight down because of this. I'm a Digi user myself, the mobile services are good for me and customer service is fine too, maybe they should learn more about event management from fellow rival....You know the one that sponsors lots of events...starts with a H....*haha* I know you got it.

Anyhow! Thank god that the crowd this time wasn't like the ones in MTV World Stage and the most relieving thing to me was...I did not have to feel "guy's thing" on my butt for 5 hours plus!!! And also learned to defend myself is one of those psycho possessed dudes were to lean or jumped and hit me...One guy got elbowed by me twice and he back off! Oh yeah! Besides the usual people problem you'll encounter in open concerts, it was a good concert thanks to the performers!

It was also my first concert with my cousin Li Fong and we're both AAR fans! BIG big fans! *hehe* Too bad we're weren't at the first row or else I could've touched Tyson! OH and Nick Wheeler was throwing his guitar pick everywhere, Li Fong wanted it so bad actually me too but luck wasn't on our side and a girl next to her saw it and picked it up. *sighs* Never mind! Better luck next time!! For sure!

Now the pictures taken from my phone because I saw the entrance and thought it was tight security but they didn't even perform a check...=.=darn it...the only event that they did not perform checks and I did not sneak in the camera..Anyway these blur pics might give you an idea of how awesome was AAR!
Lastly...All-American Rejects will rock my socks forever!! WOohoo!

First "interesting" J-drama

Well what else do expect from a girl whose been planted in front of the computer hooked on the internet but entertainment stuff? *haha* As usual after finishing 1 show I'll go look for more info or pictures (the handsome guy pictures, lol not necessary), so after Nodame Cantabile I found another J-drama starred by the main actress in Nodame, Ueno Juri.
Name of the drama, Last Friends (ラスト·フレンズ Rasuto Furenzu)
The story captured my attention once I've read the synopsis, I have never really watch dramas that involves the elements in this drama because the stories that each character carries are all related to problems faced in this comtemporary society.

The theme from Wikipedia
Centered around the current generation's problem, Last Friends follow the various issues, most notably of domestic violence, gender identity disorder and trauma. Each of the five characters are represented by an issue, which are:

* Love - Michiru (Main character, victim of domestic violence)

* Liberation - Ruka (The best friend (girl) who happens to love her, something like her guardian angel with love? lol... Gender identity disorder patient who never reveals her "trueself")

* Agony - Takeru (The guy who loves Ruka, also has some kind of childhood sex trauma)

* Solitude - Eri (The one that's always left alone after everything)

* Contradiction - Sousuke (The freaky creepy one with mental disability, OH the main character's lover who happens to perform domestic violence on his girlfriend when he works at the Children's Welfare Department.)

Actually what really made me want to watch this drama was the opening video and song! (Yes...You may feel like this =.= by now but it really is a lovely song)
My favorite japanese song, Prisoner of Love by none other than Utada Hikaru! I love how they did the opening video. I've read reviews about the ending was not well developed but I will just watch it and see how it goes. =) Anyhow, here is the opening video. Enjoy~

Nodame Cantabile

Just finished a hilarious love story with the most epic music (classical) J-Drama. Been so long since my last Japanese series (don't even remember what's the name of the series), moving on... Nodame Cantabile is 1 you may need to watch if you love comedy, "unusual" romance and most importantly classical music. The concertos and piano pieces instantly makes you feel at ease while the characters never fail to make you laugh.

The link to watch it: Nodame Cantabile

Synopsis from Dramawiki:
"Based on the hit comic book by Tomoko Ninomiya, this is a fun-filled quirky romantic story of two very opposite people.Megumi Noda, or “Nodame” is a piano student at Momogaoka College of Music. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. She is messy and disorganized, takes baths several days apart and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend’s lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies.

Shinichi Chiaki, is Momogaoka’s top student. Born into a musical family, he is talented in piano and violin and has secret ambitions to become a conductor. An arrogant multi-lingual perfectionist who once lived abroad in the music capitals of the world as a young boy, he feels mired in Japan because of a childhood phobia.

They meet by accident. Nodame quickly falls in love, but it takes much longer for Chiaki to even begin to appreciate Nodame’s unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow. Because of Nodame, Chiaki got the opportunity to lead a student orchestra and begins to have a broader appreciation of people's musical abilities. Because of Chiaki, Nodame faces her fears and enters a piano competition. Opportunities open up as both begin taking risks, stretching themselves far more than they ever thought possible"

Not heartless just helpless

I've been mean to write this for quite sometime but as usual procrastinated.
I have a pet, a Boxer breed dog who has been with my family for 8 long years and no doubt I notice that its body is getting weak. Felt tumors or lumps on its body, had a mild ticks attack but thank god was cured. I neglect him from time to time and would cry whenever I hold or pet him because of the guilt I felt inside.

I'm helpless when it comes to his health, because of his size, medium large which is big to other people, its hard to get him to the vet. My parents entrust me with this responsibility of taking care of him but during secondary school days I've neglected him. I wasn't there whenever he need me...this loyal dog who never fails to look happy whenever I went to the dog house (In my garden) and pet him even just for a minute.
My parents were too busy whenever my dog needed a visit to the vet and also because of my dog's size it was very hard to get him there. We tried calling a vet over but they had this delivery service where they pick your pet up to the vet and back but my dog went really crazy and fierce and even bit the driver who seem to have no idea in handling dogs. Poor Rocky was shocked and I could understand why Rocky (my dog) reacted that way.

All these years I've avoid the responsibility of being a good pet owner and I did try to make it up but clearly it wasn't enough. Well, I'm out of ideas on helping my dog and sometimes all I wish is he would leave me without any pain but *TOUCHWOOD* my dog is still very much alive and the lumps on his body are still there. I think I'll never own a dog anymore unless its smaller size than my current dog because all I gave was torture to Rocky... *sighs*

PS: I love my dog and it is well fed, most importantly not tortured literally!
